The law firm of Flaherty & Hood, P.A. pleased to welcome Erica Heikel as the newest member of its legal team!
As an associate attorney, Heikel will focus her practice on representing and consulting local governments throughout Minnesota on labor and employment matters, as well as on general municipal law matters.
Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, Heikel served the public as an Assistant Ramsey County Attorney in the juvenile delinquency and child protection divisions and as a judicial law clerk in the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota.
Heikel graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota. She also earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from the George Washington University.
