Human Resources Project Manager
As a human resources project manager for Flaherty & Hood, P.A., Carol Loncar provides job analysis, job documentation, job evaluation, market wage analysis and base pay structure creation for entities through classification and compensation studies. She also provides market wage and benefit analysis for collective bargaining negotiations. Additionally, Carol conducts organizational studies in which she analyzes and makes recommendations for entities on work flow processes and organizational structure; workforce staffing, productivity and retention; workplace environment; and communication, innovation and collaboration.
Carol has extensive experience working with organizations in creating job evaluation and compensation systems, researching and analyzing job evaluation and compensation data, creating performance management tools, preparing human resources guidance documents, and reviewing organizational structures. Her previous employers include Hood Packaging & Molex and 3M Corporation.
Carol has her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and her B.S. in Social Work from Augsburg College. She is a member of Twin Cities Compensation Network and Society for Human Resources Management.
