As an attorney and lobbyist with Flaherty & Hood, P.A., Carolyn serves legislative clients primarily in the area of transportation.
Carolyn is an attorney who lobbied for the ACLU of Minnesota for several years. Her accomplishments include passage of bi-partisan laws on civil asset forfeiture, anti-real ID and charter school reform, as well as defeating the voter suppression constitutional amendment in 2012. She previously worked with Flaherty & Hood in the recruiting of members for the Greater Minnesota Partnership. She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with honors.
