As the senior policy analyst at Flaherty & Hood, P.A., Steve provides public policy, financial and statistical consulting services in the areas of local and utility taxation, local government and school finance and fiscal policy.
Steve graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York in 2001 with a degree in mechanical engineering and political science concentration. He earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning Policy from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota in 2004.
