As an attorney and lobbyist for Flaherty & Hood, P.A., Elizabeth represents clients at the Legislature in bonding, land use reform, and tax-related issues.

Before joining Flaherty & Hood, P.A., Elizabeth worked as an Associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, where she represented clients in civil litigation and counseled clients regarding a range of legal issues. Additionally, Elizabeth has worked as a business analyst at Cargill, Inc. and served as a legislative assistant at the Minnesota House of Representatives.

As a board member and president of the St. Paul District 16 Planning Council and as chair of a local Senate District organization, Elizabeth is an active member of the Minnesota political community. Rounding out her service experience, Elizabeth is a member of the Board of Directors of Minnesota Women Lawyers.

Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Macalester College in St. Paul and magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was a member of the Minnesota Law Review editorial board. She is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.
