![]() Robert T. ScottSenior Attorney As an attorney at Flaherty & Hood, P.A., Robert focuses his practice on complex litigation on behalf of greater Minnesota cities. Among his specialties are matters dealing with public labor and employment, eminent domain, land use and annexation, the environment, and general municipal issues. Robert has represented clients in federal and state district and appellate courts, and before administrative agencies, including the Bureau of Mediation Services and Office of Administrative Hearings. Robert also has experience representing clients in arbitrations and mediations. Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, P.A., Robert represented private litigants in general civil matters for Thomas A. Foster & Associates, Ltd., and Waters & Scott, PLLP. He also worked as a legislative assistant for the Michigan House of Representatives. A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and the University of Michigan, Robert is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
