The law firm of Flaherty & Hood, P.A. pleased to welcome Allen J. Peterson as the newest member of its legal team.
A Minnesota native, Allen currently serves in the role of city attorney – criminal Division at our Winona Office. He specializes in criminal law and has experience both in prosecution and defense.
Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, Allen was with a small firm in Red Wing where he handled general private practice, including criminal defense, family law and child protection. Before that he lived in Grand Rapids, and worked as a county prosecutor in Itasca County.
Allen is a 2017 graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
