Flaherty & Hood, P.A. is pleased to welcome Dan Marx as the newest member of its legal team.
As an associate attorney, Marx focuses his practice on helping communities throughout Minnesota navigate the complexities of federal and state environmental regulations.
Marx has significant litigation and advocacy experience both in Minnesota courts and before federal administrative bodies. Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, he worked in private practice, and in both the St. Paul City Attorney’s Office and the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office.
Marx graduated from Hamline University Law School in 2012, and he is licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
