Flaherty & Hood Senior Attorney Steven Nyhus presented a session on Clean Water Act point source regulation at the 11th Annual Minnesota Environmental Institute, sponsored by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and held in Minneapolis on April 23. Approximately 200 attorneys from around the state attended what has become the premier annual legal education event focused on environmental law, and Nyhus has been privileged to serve on the Institute’s faculty four out of the past five years. His session this year was presented in coordination with Doug Norris, Wetlands Program Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
