Paralegal

Rik Chittajallu is a Paralegal at Flaherty & Hood and primarily assists the firm’s labor & employment law and municipal law teams. In his role as Paralegal, Rik prepares timelines, drafts documents and correspondences, aids in discovery, and ensures the efficient and effective administration of the firm.

Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, Rik worked as a legal assistant in the Criminal Division at the Washington County Attorney’s Office. Rik also has experience serving as a paralegal in the Minnesota Army National Guard for 6 years, during which he worked on the Midwest Regional Defense team, assisting soldiers with civilian legal work, and supporting Judge Advocate Officers as they advised Commanders.

Rik grew up in Rosemount, MN, and currently lives in St. Paul. When he’s not in the office, Rik serves as the Junior Varsity Head Coach and a Varsity Assistant Coach for girls hockey at Rosemount High School.
