  • Private Sector: litigation, mediation, arbitration; discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FLSA, state and federal leave law; deposition and discovery practice; pleading and motion practice; human resources, job descriptions, administrative hearings.
  • Public Sector: labor contract negotiations, grievances, unionization efforts, and personnel performance; employment data practices, policies, and procedures; advisement on complying with state and federal labor and employment laws; and workplace investigations.

Christopher joined the firm in 2023 with an extensive background in civil litigation for Gruenberg Law, where he gained substantial experience in civil litigation, including—but not limited to—discovery, pleading, motion practice, oral advocacy, and trial experience. Christopher received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a legal concentration in Psychology and Sociology and then went on to obtain his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he earned an Academic Achievement Award in Employment Law.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Christopher moved to San Diego for five years to attend law school and begin legal practice with his wife and two dogs—Nellie and Torrey. While in sunny San Diego, he volunteered with the Del Mar Friday Night Lights youth flag football league and continues his public service as a volunteer with Aeon for Ocean, which provides educational services to youth on the importance of Ocean conservation. In his free time, Christopher plays pickup basketball and softball, spends time outdoors and on the water, plays card games with his wife, and maintains unwavering support for the Vikings, Timberwolves, Twins, and Gophers. In addition to his many extracurricular interests, Christopher spends most of his time tending to his plants and landscape—described as his pride and joy—during the summer months.
