Association Management Program Coordinator
Emma Cliff joined Flaherty & Hood in 2025 to provide dedicated support to the firm’s growing association management practice. She coordinates projects and services for the firm’s association clients, providing day-to-day administrative support, membership management and outreach, and event and meeting planning. Emma also works closely with the firm’s government relations and nonprofit legal practices to support comprehensive association services.
Before coming to Flaherty & Hood, Emma was an Urban Scholars Intern with the City of Minneapolis and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and worked as an legislative intern in the Minnesota House of Representatives. She graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a B.A. in political science and a minor in business law.
