Associate Attorney

Gavin Keogh is an associate attorney practicing labor and employment law as well as municipal law, serving cities across Greater Minnesota.

Before joining the firm in 2025, Gavin was most recently an associate attorney at Knutson, Flynn & Deans, P.A., providing legal support focused on data privacy, policy compliance, labor and employment, and other issues to public school districts across the state of Minnesota. Gavin received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he studied rehabilitation psychology prior to earning his juris doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.

While in law school, Gavin served as a legal intern for both the private and public sectors, gaining experience ranging from unemployment fraud to nationwide drug trafficking conspiracies. Gavin also received several scholarly honors throughout his educational career.

Gavin grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota, hunting every fall in rural Lengby with his dad. An avid Minnesota Vikings and Wisconsin Badgers fan, he imagines that he's in for a world of heartbreak for the foreseeable future but remains hopeful. Gavin also loves to travel—his bucket list includes visiting every National Park in the country—and just so happened to meet his wife, Karina, on the first night of his study abroad program in Norway. They have now settled down in Mahtomedi with their cat named Super, and Gavin spends his free time trying his very best to learn to speak Norwegian.
