Associate Attorney

Morgan Azbill is an Associate Attorney at Flaherty & Hood, practicing municipal and labor and employment law with a primary focus on litigation. Specifically, she provides legal services in the areas of:

  • Employment policies and procedures
  • Day to day advising on labor and employment, data practices law, and municipal law compliance
  • Employee personnel performance and conduct issues and workplace standards
  • Mediation, arbitration, public employment agency, administrative, civil service, veterans preference, unemployment, and court proceedings
  • Wage, hour, benefits, pay equity, and Fair Labor Standards Act compliance
  • Workplace investigations, management trainings, and organizational reviews
  • Labor contract negotiations, grievances, strikes, and unionization efforts

Morgan joined the firm in 2023 with an extensive background in labor and employment litigation and insurance liability defense work. Morgan earned her B.A. from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and then went on to obtain her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Morgan enjoys spending the majority of her free time trying to wrangle her twin toddlers, and all things sports!
