Analyst Assistant
Jennifer Afamefune joined the team at Flaherty & Hood in 2022. As analyst assistant in classification, compensation, and organization services, she conducts job analysis, compensation evaluation, pay equity, and organizational study.
Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, Afamefune worked as an associate data analyst in global analytics at CWT. She enjoys being able to turn complicated data into easy to understand reports.
Jen grew up and currently resides in Minneapolis. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going out to brunch, and spending time with family.
