Flaherty & Hood analyst and attorney Chris Henjum was selected this month by JCI Minnesota (the Jaycees) as one of their Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans. Henjum’s work on Local Government Aid reform in 2013, the Border-to-Border Broadband Development Grant Program in 2014, and his research and development of new approaches to rural job training and workforce housing led to the JCI’s decision to select him for the award.

Started in 1950, the Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans program is Minnesota’s only statewide recognition program for outstanding young leaders between the ages of 18-40 who have devoted themselves to improving their community.
