Flaherty & Hood, P.A. is seeking an associate attorney with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our growing practice representing and advising Minnesota cities and other local government units in the areas of general municipal law, land use and development, real estate transactions, and contracts. The position is located in our St. Paul office.
Education and a demonstrated interest in public sector law as well as some administrative hearings and/or litigation experience is preferred.
