We are pleased to welcome Ethan Rundquist to the Flaherty & Hood team!
As a data specialist in classification, compensation, and organization services, Ethan’s role involves conducting job analysis, job evaluation, compensation, pay equity, and organizational study. With a demonstrated background in economics and all things analytical, Ethan provides comprehensive data services for our clients.
Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, Ethan worked as a records management specialist. His experience includes data entry, document preparation, updating indices, legal data filing, and initiating, optimizing, and enforcing consistent document management policies.
Ethan is passionate about using his analytical skills and data diligence to assist Flaherty & Hood in helping clients with the classification, compensation, and organization needs.
Graduating from The College of St. Scholastica, Ethan grew up in Rush City but now lives in St. Louis Park. In his free time, he can be found skipping leg day at the local gym, frisbee golfing, playing sports, chess, or watching TV with his girlfriend Molly and their various pets.
